This is the full list of what an agent can ask falatu to do. It's generated from the server itself, so it always matches what it does. Parameter names and descriptions are in English, the way the agent reads them.
Read tools
They only look. They work with any connection, including members and “See only” tokens.
get_account
The account: name, plan, language, your role, the connected Instagram and whether sending is on.
The falatu account this connection acts on: name, plan, language, your role and whether you can change things, the connected Instagram account(s) with their status and sending switches, and the account defaults. Read-only. Call this first.
Parameters: None.
list_posts
Recent posts, with the detected keyword, the linked automation and comment counts.
Recent Instagram posts and reels, newest first: caption, the keyword falatu detected in it ("Comenta X"), the link it found, the automation listening on it (id, status, link) and the comment count. Read-only. Use filter "suggested" for posts with a keyword and no automation yet.

list_automations
Every automation, with status, keywords, link and post.
Every automation: id, name, status (draft, shadow = decides but never sends, active = sends, paused, ended), keywords, link and the post it listens on. Read-only.

get_stats
Numbers per automation (default 7 days): comments, asks, links delivered, new followers, failures.
Numbers per automation for the last N days (default 7): comments received on its post, follow asks sent, links delivered, new followers after an ask, failed sends and items that needed a person. Only live (active) sends count; shadow automations report what they would have done. Read-only.

list_needs_you
The Needs you list: questions, complaints and posts waiting for a link.
The "Precisa de você" (needs you) list: comments and DMs the robot did not answer because a person should (a question, a complaint, a help request, a long text), plus posts set up automatically that still wait for a link. Each item has an id for suggest_reply and mark_needs_you_done, the text, who wrote it, the reason, whether the 24h DM window is open, and an app link where a person can answer. Read-only.

get_poll_results
The Poll ranking of an automation.
The Votação (comment poll) ranking of an automation: each answer (grouped without accents or case) with its vote count and share, plus how many people voted. One vote per person, the latest wins. Read-only.

list_activity
What happened on a post or automation: who commented, what falatu decided and whether it sent.
What happened recently on a post or automation (or the whole account): each comment, DM or button tap, who sent it, what falatu decided (reply, ask to follow, deliver the link, needs a person, ignore) and why, and whether it was really sent ("sent") or only decided in shadow mode. Use it to see who asked for the link this week. Read-only.

search_docs
Searches the help center.
Searches the falatu help center (docs.falatu.ai) and returns the best pages with a short excerpt and their URL. Use it to answer how-to questions about falatu. Read-only.

Tools that change something
They need a connection allowed to change things and an owner or admin role. Each one is recorded in Agent activity.
create_automation
Creates an automation on a post (in shadow mode: sends nothing until someone activates it).
Creates an automation on a post: when someone comments one of the keywords, falatu replies under the comment and sends the link by DM. It is created in "shadow" (decides, never sends) unless you pass status "draft"; it never starts sending by itself: call activate_automation after the person confirms. Blank texts use the account defaults. Fails if the post already has an automation. Changes falatu data; nothing is sent to anyone.

update_automation
Changes fields of an automation (the rest stays the same).
Changes some fields of an automation; anything you leave out stays as it is. An active automation stays active. Pass an empty string to clear a text back to the account default. Changes falatu data; nothing is sent to anyone.

set_automation_link
Changes the link the automation delivers.
Sets (or replaces) the link an automation delivers by DM. On an active automation the new link is used from the next comment on. Changes falatu data; nothing is sent to anyone.

activate_automation
Turns the automation on: from now on falatu answers new comments for real.
Turns an automation on: from now on falatu answers new comments on its post for real (public reply + DM with the link). With answer_earlier, comments that arrived before (up to 7 days old, never answered) are answered too, oldest first; it defaults to true for automations falatu set up by itself on a new post and false otherwise. Needs a link and an Instagram account with sending allowed. Ask the person before calling it. Changes what falatu sends.

pause_automation
Pauses at once: back to shadow mode, stops sending.
Pauses an active automation at once: it goes back to shadow mode (keeps deciding, sends nothing). Changes what falatu sends.

suggest_reply
Drafts a reply for a Needs you item. Never sends.
Drafts a reply for a "Precisa de você" item in the owner's tone (AI). It NEVER sends: return the draft to the person and give them the app link, where they can edit it and click Send. Nothing changes in falatu.

mark_needs_you_done
Marks a Needs you item as done.
